Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Deliberately registering an account on behalf of or for the use of a person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jill4 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. jill4 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
You must notify jill4 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. jill4 customer support is available 24/7 via live chat for this purpose.
Your jill4 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Allowing another individual to use your account — even a family member or trusted third party — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Payment methods linked to your jill4 account (including GCash and PayMaya accounts) must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the registered player's name.
jill4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-native payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at jill4's discretion with appropriate notice to users.
The minimum deposit amount at jill4 is Philippine Peso (₱) 100.00 across all accepted payment methods. jill4 does not charge deposit fees on any accepted payment method; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jill4 accepts no responsibility.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed by jill4:
jill4 aims to process withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — within one (1) hour; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. All transactions on the jill4 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a player initiates a deposit in a foreign currency via an internationally-issued card, any applicable conversion to Philippine Peso will be applied at the exchange rate used by the relevant card network at the time of transaction.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jill4 are subject to these General Bonus Terms, supplemented by any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("WR") before they may be withdrawn. jill4 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering or financial crime; receipt of a chargeback dispute; or on instruction from a regulatory authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and any associated balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. jill4 will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your jill4 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any eligible Real Money Balance subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jill4 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Where a dormant account has a zero balance, jill4 reserves the right to close it without prior notice.
jill4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Players' rights or obligations — jill4 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent in-Platform notification before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (including clarifications, formatting corrections, and updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without prior individual notice.
Continued use of the jill4 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before they take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jill4 Platform shall first be submitted to jill4's customer support team for informal resolution.
If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
Nothing in this clause prevents jill4 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with actual or threatened breaches of these Terms that could cause irreparable harm.
